Job Description ICU Registered Nurse - RN Position Type:
Full-Time, Permanent Position Overview: LeaderStat is seeking a
dynamic and visionary leader for an ICU Registered Nurse - RN ICU
in Sanford, FL. This leader is responsible for guiding the
hospital’s strategic direction, ensuring high-quality patient care,
optimizing operational efficiency, and fostering a positive
organizational culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong
background in healthcare management, leadership, and a commitment
to improving patient outcomes. Qualifications: - 1 years of Recent
ICU RN experience in acute care Required - ·Florida RN license
and/or approved multistate RN license required. Compact license
holders have 60 days to obtain the Florida license after
relocation. - ·Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree, BSN
is preferred - ·NIH Stroke Scale must be obtained within 30 days of
employment start - ·Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor
must be obtained within 30 days of start - ·American Heart
Association ACLS Provider issued card required within 6 months of
employment start date - ·PALS Pediatric Adv Life Support, or PALS
Instructor must be obtained within 6 months of employment start
date Salary Range: $33.23- $37.90 (5 years of experience)-$42.44
(10 years of experience)- $48.57 (17 years of experience) Shift
Differentials: $4.50 nights; $1.50 weekends Sign On: - For Day
Shift: $10k - For Night Shift: $15k Additional Information: This is
