You’ll become a trusted and positive presence in their lives. /n Speak Up: If something’s not right—health concerns, incidents, or safety issues—you report it. You help protect the rights and wellbeing of every person you serve. /nHealth & Safety (Important but Easy to Learn!)/n Healthcare Support: You may go along to appointments, help with medications (if trained), monitor health needs, and follow emergency procedures. Don’t worry—we train you! /n ? Food Fun: Help prep meals, follow dietary plans, and support healthy eating. /n Keep Spaces Safe & Clean: Help maintain a welcoming environment—light cleaning, safety checks, and helping with seasonal chores. /n Get Out in the Community: You might drive individuals to fun outings, appointments, or errands—always safely and following the rules of the road! /nThe Basics/n /n - /n Must be 18 /n /n - /n High school diploma or equivalent /n /n - /n Able to complete required 2 week training /n /n - /n Comfortable with occasional lifting and physical activity /n /n - /n Starting pay $15-17 per/hr /n /n - /n Shifts: 11p-7a or full 40 hours from Friday-Sunday Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
