on the lookout for a passionate and driven B2B Sales Executive to

B2B Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in our business
growth by identifying and securing new client accounts. You will be
responsible for the entire sales process, from prospecting leads to
closing deals. Collaborating closely with our dedicated account
management team, you will ensure client satisfaction and ongoing
service excellence. In this position, you will: Identify and
qualify potential businesses as new clients. Initiate the sales
cycle by scheduling meetings, understanding client requirements,
and delivering compelling presentations. Build rapport and trust
with potential clients while effectively communicating our
comprehensive service offerings. Achieve set sales targets through
consistent prospecting and follow-ups. Utilize our Customer
Relationship Management (CRM) system to track and manage sales
activities. Create and maintain accurate sales reports and
forecasts. Uphold a positive work environment and collaborate
effectively with colleagues and management. Perform other
sales-related tasks as assigned by management. Requirements 3 years
of B2B sales experience, preferably in facility management or
related industries. Proven track record of consistently meeting or
exceeding sales goals. Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing
skills. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple priorities. Experience using CRM systems for tracking
sales engagement and activities. Exceptional communication and
presentation skills, with the ability to engage various
stakeholders. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a can-do
attitude. A willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work
environment. Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and
