Navigate Business Group is a team of Sales Professionals looking to add another team player, who craves competition, is highly motivated and entrepreneurial-spirited, and has a true passion for helping others. We are a Regional Team based out of Central Florida looking to expand into new territory.

And, you will not be doing it alone! We will be there to train and engage in constant improvement and self-development off the field with you as well. Our team is made up of various backgrounds like college athletes, bartenders and servers, and small business owners. Lots of us have had no sales experience, but we are all very service-minded and driven; we wake up every morning seeking the good of others, to help serve and protect them by offering industry-leading products and services. There is no requirement to report to the local office regularly.

*Responsibilities: *

This is an *outside sales *position located in *Spring Hill, FL*, selling to business owners, managers, and employees. You will be trained to call on small to medium-sized businesses in various industries, meeting with them face to face. You will meet with owners, managers, and employees, individually, and at times, present our products to larger groups of 50+ people.

--- Building and maintaining your book of business
--- In-person cold calling on new business
--- Using leads and referrals to expand your business
--- Networking and developing relationships with local business owners in your territory
--- Setting follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients to review their needs
--- Responding to general emails and phone calls from clients
--- Meeting with the sales team manager as needed to discuss and set your upcoming monthly and quarterly target sales goals and quotas
--- Set your own scheduled working hours and submit them to your sales manager each week
--- Being present on scheduled calls or meetings with your sales team or manager
--- Submit your sales metrics and activity daily

*Additional Qualifications: *

--- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines (or willing and able to obtain
Health & Life producer license - licensing reimbursement offered)

--- Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 4 years of professional (post-high school) work experience. Candidates within 6 months or less of degree completion will be considered, as will candidates with less than 4 years of professional work experience who have relevant or specialized outside sales experience.

Pay: $72,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
