Shift: Part - Time or Full - TimePay: $12.00 - $14.00 an hourCome join our team and grow with us! We are looking for experienced call center representatives looking to work from home 30 to 40 hours per week. As a Work from Home customer service rep you will be handling inbound customer service calls from customers filing insurance claims on their wireless devices. It will be necessary to research accounts, coverage and claim information utilizing multiple computer programs, such as carrier account information, warehouse, and shipment tracking, to assist with the fulfillment process and relay this information to the customer in an effective manner. You will also promote the fastest and most economical options for the customers when offered. Examples include the process for filing an expedited claim online, or suggesting the option to take their phone to a repair center in order to get a working device more quickly and for less money.
