Field Compressor Technician
Location: Springhill, Florida
***$5,000 SIGNING BONUS***
Primary duties and responsibilities include:
Responsible for maintenance of compressor stations. Perform or
supervise any major maintenance or overhauls on compressors or
engines. Maintain inventory of spare parts and compressor oil and
antifreeze. Perform preventative maintenance of compressors. This
will include but not limited to:
Perform other duties as necessary within the department and
business unit to fulfill the obligations and responsibilities of
the department in meeting its goals, objectives, and strategies
Perform other duties as required
Knowledge & Skill Requirements
Associates Degree or equivalent electrical and mechanical
experience; at least three years working experience in natural gas
operations and maintenance or equivalent experience; mechanical and
electrical aptitude; at least three years experience in
compressor/engine operation and maintenance. Meets operator
qualification requirements. Complete all Operator Qualification
training and test requirements.
Working Conditions
HAZARDS: Working around a potentially explosive material, hazardous
waste, heavy equipment and high-pressure gas.

Qualifications
EducationAssociates of Engineering (preferred)
Experience3 - 5 years: Three to Five Years (required)
