Often, FCS leads the nation in initiating research studies and offering ground-breaking new therapies to patients.Come join us today!#FCSTRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:* Must reside in the state of Florida.* This position requires extensive travel; including extended and overnight stays.* Must be willing to travel to any one of our clinics in the state of Florida; on the West Coast side- from Panama City to Naples, East Coast side- from Jacksonville to Delray Beach and within Central Florida- from Lake City to Sebring.RESPONSIBILITIES:The Patient Services Specialist Transition Associate:* The PSSTA will be the subject matter expert on transition issues related to this function, offering support to staff transitioning to a new organization, acting as an advocate for change of necessary policies.* To embed transition within the organization, delivering capability for staff to understand respond appropriately to transition-related issues.* PSSTA will be able to evaluate current processes and make recommendations on how to integrate them into new processes within a new organization.* Will demonstrate a thorough and detailed understanding of all SOP's to ensure that they are applied appropriately during the integration process.* PSSTA will be responsible for overseeing training of staff from various locations, both in person and via webinar.* PSSTA will assist in other areas when requested to ensure a smooth transition.* Extensive travel, including extended stays will be required.QUALIFICATIONS:* Minimum of 3 years of Patient Services Specialist experience required.* Attention to detail with strong ability to multitask.* Strong knowledge of Electronic medical record (EMR) software required.* Excellent interpersonal skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.* Must also be able to clear MVR check per FCS MVR Policy.EEOCTo give equal employment and advancement opportunities to all people, we make employment decisions at FCS based on each person's performance, qualifications, and abilities.
