Description We are looking for someone to come join one of our clients for a Junior System Administrator role in Odessa,FL. About the role: -Responsible for the 3rd level support and working on continuous service improvements. -Work on completing hardware and software updates. -Microsoft office updates-software upgrades for engineering software.-Serve as a maintenance person for the systems side and making sure everything is being maintained, but not building anything out within the system side. -Being able to handle some ticketing. -Troubleshoot and repair computer issues. -Must have some knowledge of SAP, but does not need to know SAP inside and out.-The specific part they use is business by design for the SAP.Required years of experience: 3 years' experience Would be useful with anyone from an engineering background because they use autocab.TOP 3 MUST HAVE SKILLS: 1. MS office/software & hardware 2. SAP background3.
