  • A workplace that values safety, respect, employee engagement, recognition, and diversity Primary Function: The Order Entry Associate handles customer orders and or telephone or email contacts with distributors, dealers, customers and Regional Sales Manager to help meet or exceed customer needs in placing orders, design direction, technical support and/or resolving concerns. The OE/CSR will also promote all Latham products, brands, programs and services in addition to sharing information with management that is obtained from the customer.

    Responsibilities Include:
    • Enter custom and stock orders and assist customers with information on all Latham products and brands.
    • Ensures timely response to customers regarding claims, problems, order information or other information relating to order entry, technical support to problem solving.
    • Exhibits and understands the quality goals of Latham.
    • Exhibits a willingness to reach target goals for performance and production purposes.
    • Exhibits professional and courteous demeanor, technical accuracy and conformance to company policies and practices.
    • Recommends corrective services to adjust customer concerns.
    • Has knowledge of pricing structures and programs.
    • Knows their customers and understands their method of doing business.
    • Works within the team as a resource and to ensure work flow procedures are carried out expeditiously. Suggests improvements to systems and procedures.
    • Other work as assigned by management. Requirements:
      • Minimum of Associates degree; Bachelors preferred.
      • Minimum 1-3 years Customer Service experience.
      • Pool industry experience preferred; previous experience in manufacturing, distribution, design and/or customer service would be a plus.
      • Excellent computer skills...Outlook, Microsoft Office Suite...Word and Excel.
      • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
      • Excellent Customer service, Interpersonal, Multi-Tasking and Organizational Skills.
      • Displays a professional appearance.
