          • Consult with clients in order to learn their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
          • Assist clients in choosing a mortgage lender and purchase options that meet their needs
          • Enter data into state-specific documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases
          • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales
          • Consistently network and market to prospect for new customers
          • Assist multiple buyer clients through the home purchase process each year
          • "Always be consulting" by providing clients with your very best service and your very best advice
          • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents
          • Communicate effectively w/ in-house and outsourced staff to create a seamless transaction for the clientsQualifications:

            • Have a current Florida Realtor's License (or be in process of getting one)

            • Knowledge and understanding of current real estate trends
