In addition to managing and maintaining all temporary staffing for all locations. Strong focus on Technicians, Retail and Sales roles.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Follow overall recruiting strategy for all dealerships.Maintains placement of all ads across various advertising media (primarily online) nationwide based on hiring needsBuilds relationships with various recruiting sources ie: tech schools, trade organizations, military etc. to create a pipeline of qualified candidatesEnsures and monitors applicant pool in each area to be sure funnel of new applicants is sufficient to meet hiring needsResponsible and accountable to be sure all open positions are filled within a service levels set by business.Reviews, prioritizes, phone screens and schedules interviews with candidatesResponsible for Pre- and post- interview communication with all candidatesResponsible for managing candidate experienceManages background and drug screening processDevelops the recruitment and interview process to provide candidates with a positive, professional experience from first contact to the final offer or follow up call.Remains in constant communication with Hiring Managers to provide status updates, discuss progress, gaps and general reviewDevelops, manages and maintains social media tools and strategies to promote open positions and to communicate with applicantsManages all temporary staffing to include onboarding, offboarding and billingWorks closely with Sr. Management and department managers to establish and control headcount levels.Prepares reports in conformance with organizational needs.Completes various HR projects in a timely manner.Backs up all other HR positions as needed.Additional responsibilities as requested or required.Attends all company required meetings.QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE:3-5 years previous experience and success as a recruiter for sales teams, technical, and retail positions.Training and understanding of recruiting process, interviewing skills and candidate lifecycleExperience and training in HR issues, legal compliance and all regulatory requirements related to recruiting and hiringExperience in social media tools and application of such for recruiting effectivenessOutstanding communication skills - both written and oralExtensive PC knowledge and experience using MS Office and using web based recruiting tools.Job requires extensive use of MS Excel for day-to-day project management and reportingCreative thinking and problem solving abilitySelf-motivated and driven with ability to work unsupervisedAbility to build relationships with hiring managers, vendors, and staff.Ability to consult and negotiate.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Demonstrated organizational, analytical, and problem solving skillsAbility to handle and balance multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment and meet required deadlines.Ability to speak, read, write and comprehend EnglishMust have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.EDUCATION:High School diploma or equivalentEqual Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with DisabilitiesThe contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
