Job Description:

This new position is needed to strengthen the Customer Risk Scoring (CRS) methodology within the companys Global AML KYC Program. The CRS tool is a data driven tool built on statistical and probabilistic algorithms that has been designed to generate AML risk score and rate all clients of Citi, over 200 million individuals and 3 million entities globally across both bank and non-bank legal entities.

The person will be responsible for the analytics and testing of the CRS methodology implementation on all platforms where it is applied, including but not limited to the CitiKYC risk engine and other platforms that use RCWS (Risk Calculation Web Services) application. The candidate will work with technology and compliance partners at both global and local level to ensure any issues in production and/or UAT are properly documented and tracked to resolutions. The candidate will also continuously be responsible for enhancing the testing processes and procedures to ensure its effectiveness and comprehensiveness.

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate with all stakeholders within and outside KYC team to incorporate any regulatory, policy and requirement changes; fully understand, communicate and document the CRS specific requirements for any upcoming releases , scoping items and system enhancements. * Create test cases for CitiKYC system to comprehensively capture all scenarios and functionality of CRS, including new and regression tests; understand current state as well as the future state of both CRS methodology and Citikyc systems * Execute test cases, document defects, work with technology partners to resolve defects, and track them in defect ALM Quality Center * Perform testing and profiling validations for RCWS system migrations * Conduct routine and ad-hoc control checks in CitiKYC systems to ensure the soundness of CRS functionality; Identify and address any anomalies and issues through the data analytics process * Train and provide assistance to compliance users on risk rating related functionalities

Qualifications:

* Minimum 3 years experience in system testing or business analyst functions * Minimum 1-2 years experience working with AML or other regulatory tools * Great verbal and written communication skills in interacting with people with diverse skills and seniority across different businesses, locations and time zones. * Proven ability to quickly produce documents/presentations or evaluate/produce metrics dashboards. * Highly detail-oriented with critical thinking * Ability to operate in a complex matrix environment and manage a small to medium size of team * Hands-on SQL experience is highly preferred

Education:

* Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience, preferably Masters degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis, Computer Science
