Work with advanced packaging machinery and technology Be part of a team committed to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Career growth within a global organization What You’ll Do Maintain, repair, and rebuild packaging machinery (case erectors, tray formers, sealers, stitchers, etc.) Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control system issues Implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime Train customer teams on machine operation and cleaning Document inspections, repairs, and recommendations accurately Serve as a technical resource for complex issues Ensure a safe work environment at all times What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of mechanical service experience preferred GED required; high school diploma preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, PLCs, pneumatics, and electrical troubleshooting Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings Willingness to travel extensively (up to 1–2 months at a time) Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills Valid driver’s license and passport; clean driving record Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods About Monte Package Company For over a century, Monte Package Company has delivered innovative packaging solutions that help businesses thrive.
