RESPONSIBILITIES: + Manage candidate selection process and de-brief sessions with the interview teams. + Provide consultation, subject matter and problem resolution expertise to internal clients (Hiring Managers and/or HR Business Partner). + Identify, develop, and implement strategic sourcing initiatives that result in quality talent pipelines to meet workforce needs within the respective geography. Identify diverse populations of candidates--- with additional focus on miniorIty groups, individuals with disabilities and veterans. + Source and maintain talent pipelines for open roles, jobs that are generally highly active with recruitment needs, and those roles that are slated for recruitment in the future. + Fashion and drive innovative recruitment methods and assist in managing national / regional / local sourcing events to ensure continuous pipeline development. Attend career fairs targeted toward candidate needs for the regions. + Conduct Hiring Manager recruitment intake + Develop salary recommendations based on compensation data; work with Hiring Managers and/or Human Resources Business Partners to coordinate the offer, send to your onboarding teammates and initiate any further assimilation needs as necessary. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION + Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or equivalent experience + Master?s in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred EXPERIENCE * Three (3) years' professional level human resources experience, at least three (1) of which include full-cycle recruiting or an equivalent combination of education and experience * Handling the full cycle recruitment, medium to high volume. Ability to behavioral interview, formulate candidate pool of qualified candidates for upcoming openings, and success with attending career fairs. Social Media familiarity and understanding for advertising * Maintaining and reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis * Creating (as needed) and maintaining tracking databases related to job openings, referrals, applicant tracking, OFCCP mandated information, etc. Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) * Experience working in a non-profit institution preferred KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES + Impeccable written and verbal communication skills with all staff levels and backgrounds + Ability to stay abreast of trends in HR recruitment and policy to ensure the organization is proactive in its functioning + Excellent time management and organizational skills + Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite, including MS EXCEL and WORD + Ability to be flexible; problem solver; self-directed; customer service-oriented; and, collaborative + Solid proof reading skills and attention to detail. + Ability to articulate and explain Phoenix House?s organization, structure, and culture + Demonstrated ability to interact with management at all levels. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. + Excellent written and verbal communications?clear, succinct, focused + Understanding of and familiarity with the digital environment and marketplace + (functions, positions, candidates, etc. + Ability and agility to succeed in a fast paced environment + + Hands-on, team-oriented work ethic + Ability to effectively prioritize in a high-pressure environment + Working knowledge of state and federal employment law and regulations Phoenix House conducts as needed, job-related background checks, fingerprints, drug testing, physical exams, medical exams, TB testing, verification of employment history and/or reference checks prior to employment.
