Job Description:

We are hiring for an HR Business Partner. The HR Business Partner is responsible for the delivery and execution of Corporate HR services to the Tampa and New Port Richey Florida locations. The HR Business Partner will have a variety of HR-related activities that focus on driving talent management and development, employee engagement, and talent optimization.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

- Adoption and implementation of HR programs across Corporate HR - Provide strategic HR support to leadership - Strategic workforce planning and talent acquisition - Regional employee engagement and retention

- Participate in strategic business planning to increase leadership awareness and understanding of the people implications of the strategy

- Select and implement HR practices that are most appropriate for the delivery of the business strategy

- Coach and guide regional leaders in demonstrating the appropriate behaviors and values to drive sustainable culture change

- Partner with the HR COE to develop and adapt global HR and talent programs to the Region's needs

- Lead and advise talent management practices within assigned Corporate HR related to workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, employee development and training, performance management, merit planning, career and succession planning and workforce analytics

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 3 years of HR-related experience and/or 7+ years of equivalent work experience required.

- Working knowledge of general HR practices, relevant labor laws, and regulations.

- Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume workload.

- Ability to manage through conflict while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to deliver sensitive and difficult communications to employees and leaders (e.g., corrective action, reductions-in-force, and involuntary terminations).

- Recognizes potential employee relations issues in a proactive manner and either resolve the issue or escalates concerns appropriately.
