final removal of all plate and glassware after a Guest departs from
the tableResets all tables within a timely manner after Guest
departure including perfect silverware setup and cleanliness
detailCollects bus tubs at Quality Assurance and server
stationsEmpties trash cans in the restaurantEnsures proper food
handling and sanitation of work areasAccomplishes end of shift side
work; including ensuring work areas are stocked and ready for the
next scheduled server to take overInteracts with Guests to create
"Ale House Raving Fans"Communicates with fellow Team Members and
Management to keep one another informed, wears a headsetSAFETY &
SANITATIONWashes hands every 30 minutes throughout the
shiftMaintains clean and sanitized work areasEnsures cleanliness of
restrooms upon departureWorks with Team Members to ensure that
safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company
standardTEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATIONSupports other Front of House
functions as needed, insuring that everything within the 4 walls of
the restaurant is every Team Member's responsibilityPositively
communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one
another informedProvides exceptional service throughout the entire
shiftPossesses communication skills and the ability to work alone
as well as with a teamAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environmentMust be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise
dictated by state lawSets up Team Members for success at shift
change by ensuring side work and stations are properly
stockedPHYSICAL DEMANDSThe Busser is expected to be able to perform
the job functions with reasonable accommodation. Physical demands
include: Remaining standing for extended periods of timeBending,
squatting, and lifting, up to 30 lbs., for short distancesAbility
to work with varying noise levelsFrequent communication with
Managers, Team Members and Guests. Must be able to exchange
accurate information in these situations.
