Come and help coach our winning team to continued success as a Charge RN/Clinical Nurse Coordinator. We are searching for a RN who demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to patients and to provide direction and supervisions to other staff caring for patients in this unit.

Brandon utilizes complete computerized charting (Meditech) for patient assessment and care documentation, and eMAR to electronically record medication administration for the delivery of all medications provided to their patients. Computerized self-scheduling is available. Full-time is considered 36 hours per week, consisting of 3 x 12-hour shifts, including every other weekend.

The Registered Nurse, Clinical Coordinator of Emergency Services will be responsible for Leadership in the main Emergency Department as well as the flow coordinator. The Clinical Coordinator will be responsible for the education of the staff, staffing and scheduling and flow coordination. (12 Hour Shifts)

EDUCATION

* Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred.

LICENSING/CERTIFICATIONS

* Current licensure as an RN

* Current BLS and ACLS certification required through the American Heart Association.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Previous experience in Emergency Room strongly preferred.

* Minimum 1 year experience in acute care setting preferred.

* Customer service abilities including effective listening skills.
