HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated RN Registered Nurse to join our ICU unit on a PRN basis, providing critical care and support in a state-of-the-art environment. This role requires exceptional clinical skills, a commitment to patient-centered care, and the ability to work flexibly on an as-needed basis. Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care needs including vital signs, and diagnostic test analysis. Administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor patient vital signs. Observe and maintain records on patient care, condition, reaction, and progress. Educate patients and their families on prevention and healthy habits. Facilitate collaboration among other medical professionals such as doctors, staff, and administrative personnel. Strong clinical skills with a focus on critical care Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities Proficient in using healthcare software and systems Ability to work independently under pressure in critical situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice BLS Certified ACLS preferred CCRN certification is a plus
