Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a compassionate and dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our Emergency Room team. In this role, you’ll provide
direct nursing care in accordance with established policies,
procedures, and protocols of our healthcare organization. Utilize
your skills to prioritize patient safety and deliver high-quality
patient care in a fast-paced and challenging environment. This
position is pivotal in embodying our commitment to the health and
well-being of our patients. Provide immediate medical attention to
patients in emergency situations with prompt and accurate
assessment. Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other
personalized interventions. Record patients’ medical histories and
symptoms, including observations, treatments performed, and
outcomes. Collaborate with ER doctors, team nurses, and support
staff to effectively implement patient treatment plans. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital
treatment. Proven ability to work effectively in an emergency room
environment. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react
decisively in urgent and emergency situations. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. High level of
professionalism and team spirit. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse
license in state of practice. BLS/ACLS Certification. PALS
(Pediatric Advanced Life Support) Certification preferred.
