Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites dedicated nursing professionals to join
our team at the New Tampa Freestanding Emergency Department in a
PRN (Pro Re Nata - as needed) capacity. This role is pivotal in
delivering exceptional emergency medical care to patients in a
modern, well-equipped facility. The position offers a flexible
schedule to accommodate the unpredictable demands of personal
responsibilities and professional growth. Provide immediate medical
attention and nursing care to emergency patients following
established protocols. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans. Maintain accurate patient
records and keep track of medical history. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals. Educate
patients and their families on disease prevention and health
maintenance. Strong clinical skills in an emergency or acute care
setting. Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in the use of medical software and electronic health
records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license applicable in the
state of Florida. Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) certifications from the American Heart
Association.
