The role entails delivering specialized occupational therapy to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation environment. Candidates must be licensed Occupational Therapists, ideally with prior experience in rehabilitation settings, and must hold an NBCOT Certification. Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. Develop customized treatment plans to enhance patient recovery and functional independence. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes. Conduct assessments to determine patient needs and document patient progress meticulously. Educate patients and families on therapeutic processes and self-care techniques.
