This role is pivotal in providing top-tier patient care across various critical care units, adapting to different clinical environments. Our nurses in the float pool are vital to maintaining high standards of care continuity, responding to the dynamic needs of our healthcare facilities. This role offers the unique opportunity to develop diverse critical care skills while working in a supportive, patient-focused healthcare network. Provide comprehensive nursing care in multiple critical care units, adjusting practice as necessary for each specialty. Collaborate with multidisciplinary health care teams to optimize patient outcomes. Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient safety and care standards. Manage patient assessments, medication administration, and care planning with precision and empathy. Assist in the orientation and training of new staff within the float pool. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Critical care nursing skills Flexibility and adaptability in varied health care unit settings Strong communication and inter-collaborative skills Capacity to handle stress in emergency situations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of employment Certified Critical Care Nurse (CCRN) certification is preferred
