Job Description:
Join HCA Healthcare, a national leader in patient care, as a
Registered Nurse in our Cardiac Catheterization Lab. In this role,
you will be integral to our team, providing specialized nursing
care in a high-tech environment. You will work closely with
cardiologists to assist in procedures like cardiac
catheterizations, angioplasties, and implantations of cardiac
devices, ensuring the comfort and safety of patients with heart
conditions. Assist in performing diagnostic and therapeutic
cardiovascular procedures. Monitor patient status and provide care
before, during, and after procedures. Operate and maintain all cath
lab equipment safely and effectively. Administer medications as
prescribed and monitor patients for adverse reactions. Participate
in patient education and the preparation of pre- and
post-procedure. Collaborate with healthcare team members to
optimize patient outcomes. Maintain meticulous documentation of all
procedures and patient interactions. Proficiency in cardiac care
nursing Ability to operate complex medical equipment Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support (ACLS) Certification Certification in Cardiovascular
Nursing (CCRN) preferred
