Job Description:
HCA Healthcare invites compassionate and dedicated nursing
professionals to join our team as a Registered Nurse in the
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In this critical role, you
will be entrusted with providing the highest standard of care to
the most vulnerable newborns and their families. Our

Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns. Assess
infants' health condition and needs to develop appropriate nursing
care plans. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure
effective care delivery. Ensure that equipment and medical devices
are functioning properly. Educate and support the families of
newborns in the NICU. Monitor vital signs and progress of newborns,
making adjustments to care plans as necessary. Advanced knowledge
of neonatal care techniques and protocols. Excellent communication
and interpersonal skills. Ability to operate specialized NICU
equipment. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Compassion and patience in handling vulnerable patients. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification. Certification
for Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
