Registered Nurse ICU Charge, tasked with leading a dedicated team
in providing top-tier intensive care services. The ideal candidate
will bring clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a

to improve human life. This role requires managing patient care,
supporting staff development, and ensuring adherence to the highest
standards of healthcare practice. Oversee all nursing operations in
the ICU department. Coordinate patient care with physicians and
other healthcare professionals. Mentor and train new staff while
fostering a collaborative environment. Implement and evaluate
patient care plans based on patient condition. Ensure compliance
with healthcare regulations and safety standards. Manage resources
efficiently to provide optimal patient care. Advanced knowledge of
ICU procedures and patient care. Strong leadership and team
management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in clinical software and record keeping. Highly skilled
in crisis management and decision-making. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid state RN
license. BLS/ACLS certification. CCRN certification preferred.
