Job Description Sarasota Memorial First Physicians Group is
recruiting to employ a full-time BE/BC Geriatrician or Behavioral
Neurologist to lead The Memory Disorder Clinic, a program partially
funded by the Department of Elder Affairs, Florida’s Alzheimer’s
Disease Initiative (ADI). Opportunity consists of an
outpatient-only clinic (8 A.M. – 4:30 P.M), five days a week with
no call responsibilities. Sarasota Memory Disorder Clinic is one of
17 state-designated Memory Disorder Clinics purposed with providing
comprehensive assessments, diagnostic services, and treatment
recommendations to individuals and caregivers of those affected by
Alzheimer’s disease and similar memory disorders. Sarasota Memorial
is consistently recognized for its delivery of quality care and
best patient experience in the nation: U.S. News rated SMH among
the nation’s top 10% for neurology, neurosurgery and stroke care in
its 2023-2024 “Best Hospitals” study. Listed among U.S. News’ 50
