seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our Progressive
Care Unit. This role is ideal for a dynamic nursing professional
passionate about delivering excellent patient care within a
fast-paced, supportive environment. Our progressive care unit
focuses on patients who require close monitoring and frequent
assessment but do not need full intensive care. As part of our
team, you'll play a critical role in managing complex patient care
and contributing to recovery processes. Provide diligent care to
patients in the progressive care unit, adhering to established
guidelines and protocols. Monitor patient conditions continuously
and assess needs to adjust treatment plans as necessary.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive
patient care. Administer medications accurately, monitor drug
interactions, and document all care provided. Educate patients and
families on treatment and recovery processes, ensuring they
understand care plans. Participate in ongoing training and
professional development opportunities. Strong clinical skills in a
hospital setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team and adapt to rapidly changing
environments Proficient in using medical software for patient
record keeping Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state
of Florida BLS/ACLS certification from the American Heart
Association
