Job Description Sarasota and Surrounding Area Full Time Hours:
Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm Employed Average Patients seen: 11-15
Sign-On Bonus Compensation: - Base salary plus bonuses with earning
potential up to $300,000- Provider incentive bonus is performance
based not RBU or fee for service Benefits: - Outstanding

eClinical WorksQualifications: - 1 year of experience required- FL
license- Family or Internal Medicine trained- Must be passionate

improving consumer experiences
