Job Description Board-Certified Dermatologist - Ocala, FL Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite) Schedule: Full-Time | Clinic-Based Work Setting: Outpatient Dermatology Practice - General Dermatology Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and patient-focused Board-Certified Dermatologist to join a busy and growing outpatient dermatology practice in Ocala, Florida. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive general dermatology care to patients of all ages, treating a wide spectrum of skin conditions ranging from acute to chronic and benign to malignant. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care while educating patients on preventive skin health. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive general dermatology services to a diverse patient population. Diagnose and treat acute, chronic, benign, and malignant skin conditions using appropriate diagnostic techniques. Serve in a collaborative and, as needed, Supervising Physician role. Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and long-term skin health. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient records using an EMR system. Ensure adherence to all state laws, clinical regulations, HIPAA, and OSHA standards. Demonstrate strong leadership, professionalism, and teamwork within the practice. Maintain a high standard of quality, safety, and confidentiality in patient care. Qualifications: Board-Certified Dermatologist (MD or DO). Active and unrestricted Florida medical license. Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution. Strong diagnostic, clinical, and procedural dermatology skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
