The former supervisor works weekends, and is always available via phone when questions arise. Director/Manager do not micromanage - allows freedom to complete the patient schedule as long as it does not veer from policy/procedures. We have patient transport to bring floor patients to the department. The ED is approx. 50ft from MRI.
