Job Description:

Registered Nurse in our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and contribute to

positively. As a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will handle
complex cases, offering critical care to patients with severe and
life-threatening illnesses, ensuring their comfort and safety while
under intense medical treatment. Monitor patient health and respond
to medically complex situations in a timely manner. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Document
patient care services by charting in patient and department
records. Maintain continuity among nursing teams by documenting and
communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Ensure
operation of medical equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements, following manufacturer's instructions,
troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs. Educate
patients and their families on illness prevention and health
maintenance. Collaborate with ICU team to deliver high-quality care
and patient outcomes. Proficiency in managing high-pressure
situations. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong
critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Ability to operate
complex medical machinery. Knowledge of medical software and
electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state
of Florida. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required upon
hire. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) preferred.
