Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to provide specialized support
to students in a busy elementary school setting, serving grades
PreK through 5th. This contract position offers an excellent
opportunity to work on-site with a shared caseload in a
collaborative environment designed to foster professional growth,
including support for candidates completing their Clinical
Fellowship Year (CFY). Location: Ocala, FL (Elementary School
campus) Duration: 2/23/2026 5/29/2026 Full-time, 37.5 hours per
week, 5 days a week Key Responsibilities: Deliver speech and
language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 60-65
students with diverse needs, including general education
speech/language impairments, intensive support spectrum disorders,
intellectual disabilities, developmental delays, and communication
device users. Collaborate and share the caseload with the current
Speech Language Pathologist, working from the same dedicated
therapy room. Implement individualized treatment plans based on
diagnostic assessments and educational goals. Maintain accurate
documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and
state policies. Participate in team meetings to support student
success and coordinate care. Qualifications: Valid Florida
Department of Health license to practice as a Speech Language
Pathologist is required. Clinical Fellowship Year candidates are
encouraged to apply; ongoing professional support will be provided.
Experience working with a wide range of speech and language
disorders in a school setting preferred. Ability and willingness to
work collaboratively with educational professionals and families.
