Permanent Position Overview We are seeking a Board Certified or
Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a well-established,
physician-led medical group in Lakeland, Florida. This is a 100%
outpatient opportunity offering high autonomy, partnership
potential, and no required inpatient call. The incoming physician
will join a team that values efficiency, patient-centered care, and
innovation, supported by a robust infrastructure and advanced
technology (Epic EMR, Olympus scopes, in-house labs, full radiology
suite). Position Highlights - Base Salary: $525,000 with incentive
bonus - Productivity Bonus: 25% on net income > $1,050,000 -
Commencement Bonus: $25,000 - Relocation Assistance:
$10,000–$15,000 - Fellowship / Residency Stipend: - $1,000/month
(12-month forgiveness) - $2,000/month (24-month forgiveness) -
Partnership Eligibility: After 2 years (includes ASC buy-in
~$30,000) - Ancillary Income: ASC profit sharing after 12 months,
80/20 distribution model - Schedule: Outpatient clinic, 8AM–5PM
(Flexible) - Procedure Days: 2–4 full days or combination
clinic/procedure - Typical Volume: 20–25 patients/day; 20–30
scopes/day (full procedure day) - Call: No hospital or ER call;
after-hours clinic call only (triaged via answering service) Skills
& Scope - Preferred Procedures: ERCP, EUS, Barrett’s Therapy,
Luminal Stents - Bread & Butter GI welcome – Advanced skills a plus
