Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled RN
Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Operating Room who will play a
pivotal role in providing exceptional care and operational
leadership within our surgical services. As a leader in healthcare,

experienced professionals. The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator will
be instrumental in enhancing our operating room procedures,
ensuring both safety and efficiency, while assisting in patient
care management, staff development, and maintaining regulatory
compliance. Coordinate and oversee all daily activities within the
operating room. Ensure all operating room procedures adhere to
hospital policies and safety standards. Assist in the development
and implementation of new protocols and efficiency strategies.
Provide direct and indirect patient care when needed. Manage
staffing schedules, communicate effectively with staff, surgeons,
and anesthesia personnel. Maintain meticulous records of operations
and patient care. Conduct training sessions for OR staff to improve
skills and knowledge based on the latest practices. Strong
leadership capabilities and team management. Excellent
organizational and multi-tasking skills. Effective communication
and interpersonal skills. Profound knowledge of operating room
processes and surgical procedures. Ability to handle stress and
make critical decisions under pressure. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
