This model emphasizes quality care, strong facility partnerships, and a community presence rather than revenue-driven metrics. Highlights: • Clinical Focus: Onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger points), medication management, patient-centered rehab, and opioid reduction strategies. • Workflow: See ~35–40 patients/day, 10-15 min appointments typically, across 2–4 sites per week (no more than 2 sites per day, 3-4 hours per site). Supported by scribes and EHR/voice dictation. • Schedule: 3–5 days/week, flexible blocks; no nights, weekends, or call. • Compensation: $300K base productivity; physicians historically earn $400K–$500K.
