use and implementation of physician tools to ensure accurate and
complete records. - Generates and analyzes data and reports to
identify opportunities for documentation improvement. - Other
duties as assigned. - Delivers training and continuing education to
physicians and clinical departments. Uses critical thinking and
sound judgment to balance reimbursement considerations with
regulatory compliance. - Acts as a liaison between CDI leadership,
revenue cycle staff, and interdisciplinary team members. The
expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed: QUALIFICATION
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's of NursingCertified Clinical Documentation
Specialist (CCDS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range:
