Must-Have: Strong CVOR experience Description: This position is for
a CST/ORT in the operating room. The unit has a bed capacity of 2.
The team consists of 4 CVOR nurses and 4 CVOR CSTs on day shift.
Patient ratios are 2 nurses and 2 techs per patient. Typical
equipment used includes CVOR technology and EMR systems. Common
procedures performed include CABG, AVR, MVR, MAZE, and TAVR.
Candidates with thoracic and vascular experience, as well as
general surgery experience, are preferred. The ideal candidate
should demonstrate a happy and flexible personality. The traveler
will be scheduled in accordance with facility policy. Working every
other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees is
expected.
