Full-time 4-day weekend baylor Friday to Monday - 27 points of productivity. Bi-lingual is strongly preferred. Hillsborough county is needed including the Tampa area. Home Health experience with OASIS is required at this time. Position Overview The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing and documenting skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in accordance with the developed care plan and physicians' orders for each individual patient while adhering to confidentiality standards and professional boundaries at all times.
