RN Behavioral Health PoolBayCare Health Systems is currently seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse I (Pool) to join our outstanding and compassionate team at BayCare Behavioral Health - Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIPP) in New Port Richey!

The Statewide Inpatient Psychiatric Program (SIPP) offers a protected residential living arrangement for children ages 11 to 18 needing a more intensive treatment level. The program provides intensive counseling, psychiatry, and case management services. The BayCare Behavioral Health SIPP program is committed to working with adolescents and their families to improve social, emotional, and familial relationships. The SIPP program utilizes evidence-based interventions to provide focused inpatient psychiatric treatment.

The Clinical Nurse I is responsible for:

* Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
* Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
* Professional accountability and development.
* Direct contact with the child & has primary responisbili8ty for providing personal care, assistance & supervision to the child.

Required Certifications and Licensures:

* BLS (Basic Life Support)
* RN (Registered Nurse)
* Nurse Specialty - preferred

Required Education:

* Associate's or Diploma in Nursing - Required
* Bachelor's in Nursing - Preferred

Experience:

* 18 months RN in an Acute Care Setting
