- Join a successful practice in Port Richey, Florida- Outpatient only, no hospital admitting or rounding- Monday-Friday schedule 8:00a-5:00p- 100% focused on the 55+/Geriatric population with a focus on Medicare Advantage- Group uses Athena EMR- Great reputation and a well-run office- Experience with Managed Care (HEDIS scores, MRA, etc) or willingness to learn is essential- Avg. 14 patients per day; 12 scheduled and 2 walk-in- Focus on quality outcomes as opposed to productivity- Team approach involves case managers, referral coordinators, etc- Negotiable base salary (approximately $225,000) plus quality incentives- Providers in the group make from $235,000 - $400,000+- Malpractice coverage and relocation assistance- Full benefits- Wonderful location in Port Richey, Florida- Enjoy beaches, boating fishing, golf, professional sports, local universities, theme parks and everything else that metro Tampa has to offer!
