TeamHealth has an excellent opportunity to join our team at the long-standing After Hours' pediatric urgent care program in the Tampa, Florida, and surrounding area. We are seeking a pediatrician to join our reputable pediatric urgent care team. Practice locations include north & south Tampa, Brandon, New Port Richey, and Palm Harbor. This is a full-time position involving evening and weekend hours. To be considered, you must offer a minimum of 2 years of Pediatric practice experience as a physician in an urgent care or emergency medicine setting. The ideal candidate must be comfortable caring for newborns to 22 years of age, be proficient in reading x-rays, and skilled in procedures such as suturing, splinting, minor trauma assessment and management, minor orthopedics, wound care/closures and incision/drainage of abscesses.
