Job Description:
Phone Operator-Port Richey/Hudson area-Resume must reflect a
minimum of 2 years experience in Medical Customer Service/Medical
Phone Operator position. Must be able to handle high volume of
calls, document appropriately and accurately, be detail-oriented,
and have excellent communication/customer service skills (phone and
written). Work hours are as early as 7:30AM and as late as 8:00PM
Mon-Fri (come in early/leave early, come in late/leave late) and
rotating Saturday or Sunday 8:30AM-5:30PM (if work weekend day will
be given off a day during the week so still only working 5 days per
week). Pay $10-$12/hr depending on experience. Benefits include
Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, etc.
Position require a stable work history and someone who is highly
professional and articulate. Must also be able to pass a criminal
background screening, drug screening, and have great
references.
