Position Description: RN

BayCare Health System is growing in Wesley Chapel. We are eager to bring BayCare's clinical excellence with BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel, an 86-bed state of the art hospital that's due to be completed in early 2023. BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel is currently seeking a Pool/PRN Registered Nurse to join our outstanding and compassionate Emergency Department team.

The RN responsibilities include:

* Independently caring for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards.
* Delegating appropriate patient care activities to other members of the health care team.
* Professional accountability and development.
* Performing the role of preceptor and charge nurse when assigned.

Certifications and Licensures:

* BLS (Basic Life Support) Certification is required
* RN (Registered Nurse) license is required
* PALS Certification is required
* ENPC Certification is preferred
* ACLS Certification, if required by department
* Nurse Specialty certification is preferred

Education:

* Associates degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma is required
* Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred

Experience:

* 18 months of RN experience in ED acute care
