Home Office: New Port Richey
The Home Health Clinician II independently cares for a group of patients consistently using the nursing process and clinical standards and protocols.
Responsibilities and skills:
Delegates appropriate patient care activities to other members of the home health care team
Responsible for professional accountability and development
Knowledge of regulatory standards appropriate to position
Interpersonal skills
Delegation and critical thinking skills
Written and verbal communication skills
Computer skills appropriate to position
