An established hospital located in western Florida, an hour from Tampa is seeking full-time, permanent PACU Registered Nurses (RN) to join their team! The PACU Registered Nurse: The Registered Nurse - RN - PACU provides nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization. The tasks and responsibilities include:. Assesses, plans and evaluates the nursing care needs of the patient in the immediate post-operative or post-procedural period. Schedule: Full-time, direct hire opportunity Mon-Fri, 8 hour On-call schedule required The PACU Registered Nurse Minimum Requirements: Must have degree from an accredited program Must have a valid RN license Must have at least 1 year of PACU experience Must have BLS certification Preferable to have ACLS and PALS The Florida Location: A smaller city with the amenities of larger cities within driving distance, including top-rated restaurants and multiple entertainment venues Low crime and wonderful place to live Close to the shoreline of the Gulf, right next to the beach Enjoy tropical weather Safe schools and community for a family
