Medical Phone Operator/Customer Service

Seeking a MEDICAL Customer Service Representative for one of our
locations in the Hudson/Port Richey. Resume must reflect a minimum
of 1 year experience as a MEDICAL Telephone Operator/Customer
Service handling a high call volume of 80+ calls/day and higher or
in MEDICAL Customer Service (also 80 calls/day or more) and HIGHLY
PREFER BILINGUAL. Must have great computer skills, be able to
multi-task, have good decision-making skills, etc.
Requires a clear criminal background screening and drug screen.
Must also be highly professional and articulate (no visible
tattoos, no extra piercings, conservative hair, conservative make
up where applicable), possess excellent communication and customer
service skills, and have excellent references. MUST ALSO HAVE A
STABLE WORK HISTORY.
Work hours are as early as 7:30AM and as late as 8:00 PM Mon-Fri
(come in late/leave late, come in early/leave early) with rotating
Saturday OR Sunday 8:30AM-5:30PM (if work a weekend day then given
one day off during the week so still only working 5 days per
