We are looking for RNs who have a passion for serving humanity and want to deliver exceptional care to those they serve.--Critical factors to your success include:Understanding the role of the RN in direct patient care at the bedside within the Methodist Healthcare System. Provide safe, compassionate and coordinated patient-centered care within the staffing model established for the patient population served. Function effectively within nursing and inter-professional teams, fostering open communication, mutual respect and shared decision making to achieve quality patient care and outcomes. Provide safe care while following system processes, regulatory requirements and outcome data. Utilize information and technology to communicate, manage knowledge, mitigate error, and support decision-making. Qualifications Qualifications: You should be a graduate of an accredited associates or baccalaureate Degree from a professional nursing program If you have a BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing that is preferred You should also have a current RN License in the State of Texas or Active Multi-State RN Compact License, or GN Permit. (Employees with an RN Multi-State Compact License are required to obtain Texas RN License within 90 days of hire date.)
