Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Medical Collector for one of our
locations in the Port Richey/Hudson area. Resume must reflect a
minim of 2 years experience as a Medical Collector of PHYSICIAN
CLAIMS/VISITS (charge entry, verifying coding, collections,
processing denials, filing appeals, payment posting, insurance
verification, etc). Must also possess experience in EMR/EHR and
have excellent computer skills. Highly prefer someone with a CPC
Certification (pay higher) since position involves coding
verification. Pay $12/hr. If has CPC pay $15/hr. Includes full
benefit package (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, PTO, paid holidays,
etc). Must be able to pass a criminal background screening and have
a stable work history as well as excellent references. MUST ALSO BE
ABLE TO CLIMB STAIRS (BUSINESS OFFICE UPSTAIRS).
