This position will include placement at a premier office location east of Tampa and a perfect opportunity to join a fast-growing practice with ownership potential! Our general dentists train to do ALL procedures from molar endo, surgical extractions, Invisalign, implant dentistry, and much more! DECA general dentist's average salary is $180,000, and many of our experienced general dentists earn $250,000+ per year! Our general dentists make significantly higher than the national average. Establishing and growing long-term guest and team relations Providing mostly fee-for-service and PPO guests with a wide range of general and cosmetic dentistry, including crowns, bridges, molar endo, and Invisalign Pursuing lifelong clinical learning and education with a collaborative group of doctors Assuming the quality of care for guests while adhering to the highest standard of dental practice ethics and professionalism What must you have to be a part of our team? DDS/DMD from an accredited university is required The desire and ability to connect with and serve guests Active or pending Florida State Dental Board License Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively Authorization to work in the United States without a Visa (required) What do we offer?
