In this role you will be responsible for the promotion and sale of TouchPoint products within the Point-of-Care healthcare and Medical Management market. This includes promoting and selling integrated Point-of-Care carts and automated drug dispensing machines consisting of hardware and software, services and solutions to new and existing customers by establishing contacts and developing and maintaining relationships with them. This sales professional is expected to call on our Value Added Resellers, Nursing, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, and Pharmacy professionals and other hospital executives in order to position and successfully sell the TouchPoint Medical product and services portfolio. This individual is also responsible for maintaining annual sales quotas and attending local, regional and national trade shows. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare solution sales, preferably in capital equipment, medication and technology sales. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Knowledge of the existing and ever-changing demands of the healthcare industry. Clinical experience is preferred. Comfortable knowledge of healthcare workflow, IT systems functionality and healthcare budgeting preferred. Highly self-motivated, with a strong independent work ethic and customer service orientation. Experience working in a commission-oriented environment with a hunter/farmer mentality. Prior knowledge of accounts in and around defined territory. Excellent communication and organization skills with proven ability to interact with people at all organizational levels. Experience in direct business to business outside sales managing large territories (multiple states.) Strong computer skills. Active listening skills.Responsibilities Sell TouchPoint Medical products in defined healthcare settings. Maintain and increase revenues and market share within an assigned territory by developing an effective business plan to penetrate competitive accounts and drive growth within existing accounts. Maintain and grow relationships with reseller partners and vendors. Act to meet/exceed customer expectations by maintaining regular contact and building superior relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and influencers. Establish active and ongoing learning and training to understand the market, products and brand positioning to grow revenues. Demonstrate competency in the companys products and services by managing the entire sales process, presenting (orally and in writing) all aspects of the companys products, and maintaining a working knowledge of existing marketing programs. Utilize strong networking skills to gain access into new accounts. Weekly forecast updates and maintenance in our sales management system, Sales Force.
